Klaus von Lindeiner, Dr en droit Director
Private Business Consultant Prior to his retirement in 2000, Mr. von Lindeiner served as a senior
executive for various European multinationals, including Wacker-Chemie GmbH, Lurgi GmbH and
Metallgesellschaft AG. Previously, Mr. von Lindeiner worked as a legal advisor to the United
Nations, Office of the High Commissioner for Refugees, as well as in the Organizational Committee
for the 1972 Munich Olympic Games. He has served as a member of the regional advisory boards of Deutsche
Bank AG, Allianz Insurance AG, and Dresdner Bank AG. He has also served on the
Advisory Board of Golding Capital Partners and as a director on
the boards of GEFIU, Power Paper Ltd and OXO Chemie AG. Currently, Mr. von Lindeiner
serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the
Bayerische Landesbank.
Mr. von Lindeiner has a professional legal background with a doctorate in international law from the
University of Geneva/Switzerland.
