utilizing the Company's immune system regulation platform are marketed
and distributed through third party partners that have
sales and marketing experience. Nuvo's partners can be viewed by
technology group.

Nuvo is actively seeking licensing and co-development partnerships for its current products and drug
candidates in territories where they are not yet licensed.
Nuvo is also seeking to enter collaborative opportunities
with partners wishing to develop topical and transdermal medications using
our expertise in topical and transdermal formulation development.
